Party-ed too hard??? Few tips to help you party hard without the consequences.

Holidays were the biggest, and most guilt-free reason to be drinking.  But everyone hated hangovers...so we lived for the moment, and suffered later.

Great news guys, here are a few tips to help you get over hangovers fast without taking random meds.  You can eat a banana.

Bananas are rich in magnesium and potassium, which were important electrolytes in your body.
But what if you do not have bananas at home, and you don't want to go out to buy some while having hangovers?
Gatorate can also help with hangovers.  One of the reason for that painful hangover headaches came from dehydration.  Drinking Gatorate is one of the few ways to be rehydrated fast.  If you don't have Gatorate at home, Smart Water will work also, and healthier than Gatorate (Gatorate has calories, and lots of sugar which are bad for your teeth, so you can really live without it to be honest).  If you don't have either of those, then put a little salt in your drinking water.  Sodium also acts as an electrolyte and help rehydrate your body.
You may also use some vitamins.  Vitamin B and C are both remedies to help you get over hangovers.  Vitamin B should be taken immediately after you woke up.  Most idealy, take a B-complex right before bed will give you a more painless next morning.  If you don't have Vitamin C at home, then just drink some orange juice, or anything that's rich in Vitamin C.
There are lots of ways to help with hangovers, these are probably some of the most common and most available ways.
