Project Needlemouse = Sonic 4?!!

I grew up with Sonic, so it definitely pains me to see that Sega sabotage one of my favorite series with their crappy 3D Sonics.  Of course, human does not learn from their mistakes...just count how many Sonics they made since Sonic 3...
It is also a very smart decision, in my opinion, to release it on the system online network: PSN, XBOXlive, and WiiWare.  Using this platform, games can be made in lower costs, and perhaps test the water a bit.  Capcom was the first one with the idea, and definitely took it slightly too far with the Megaman 9 and 10...But they are still excellent games, and definitely followed the Megaman traditions.  
I am looking forward to Sonic 4!!
