If you wanted to see it, then you have seen it by now. Not sure if anyone out there actually cares about this review, but here it is.
The movie genre is a mockumentary, which in simple words, its a fake documentary. It is shot as a documentary, but everyone in the movie were just actors. The movie is about a girl, Katie, being haunted by unexplained phenomenon since the age of 8. As adult, she and her boyfriend, Micah, were trying to conduct their own experiments to figure things out.
As a horror film, it may actually be one of the best ones in many years. There were some very well-done scenes. By well-done I meant that they were done convincingly, and scarily, if that is a word. It had some original scenes that left you with a sense of fear. If you enjoy horror films, then this one is definitely for you.
The film was released in September 25th. Originally, the film posted on Eventful.com asking for demands. If the demand exceed one million, then the movie will open nationwide. Today is October 18th, and I watched the 10:20PM showing, and the theater was packed. The bottom line, the movie is definitely worth seeing.
